PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS MODEZONE 2020
The event will be held by the LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz, Ernst-Koref-Promenade 1, 4020 Linz and will be referred to as the organizer below.

Friday November 20th 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday November 21th 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday November 22nd 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Registration for a stall at the MODEZONE 2020 is possible until June 8th 2020 at the latest and is only possible online at www.modezone.at/anmeldung
The application documents consist of the completed online form and 3 photos of the current collection via email to: email@example.com The receipt of the registration documents is automatically confirmed after sending the online registration.
The organizational team and the jury decide on the admission as an exhibitor. The jury meeting will take place in the end of June 2020. Attention: Only fully completed registration documents including photos will be admitted to the jury meeting. No websites can be browsed!!! The organization team is entitled to refuse registrations without giving reasons.
All applicants who receive positive jury feedback and complete the payment of the stall fee within the specified due date are entitled to participate in the event. Commitments and cancellations will be sent by email at the end of June 2020. With the confirmation email, a confirmation will be sent, which will be returned by the exhibitors within a week. The contract between the organizer and the exhibitor is binding.
After acceptance, the organizer will send the invoices for the stall fees / fashion show fees & advertising fee at the beginning of September. This must be paid within the specified payment period. You only have a fixed stand once you have paid the stand fee! If the specified payment deadline is not met, the organization team reserves the right to assign the exhibition stand to someone else.
If the event cannot be held for reasons of force majeure, the organizer is entitled to cancel the event or shorten the duration of the exhibition without the exhibitor being able to claim damages.
If the event has to be canceled in the event of another outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic with the relevant provisions of the Austrian federal government, the stall fee already paid will be refunded 100%.
Withdrawal from the contract can only be made in consultation with the organization team and then in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply for a withdrawal:
until September 1, 2020 50%
then 100% of the agreed sum.
The stall is allocated by the organization team. The stall plan will be sent to you by email approximately 14 days before the start of the event.
Subletting the exhibition stall is not permitted!
The exhibitor consents to the creation of photography and video recordings of their person and their exhibits within the scope of MODEZONE 2020 as well as the free publication of the photo and video material by the organization team
The organization team and their jury decide on admission to the fashion show.
The organizer sets up the rough structure of the exhibition space and the sales stalls. The exhibitors are responsible for setting up and filling the stall with the exhibition objects.
All materials used to set up the stall must be flame-retardant. Pictures or pictures can be on walls Posters are installed, however, only residue-free fastening materials may be used!
The backs of the stalls are designed differently: wooden wall, window, partition wall or exposed concrete. Each exhibitor is responsible for furniture (clothes rails, shelves, mannequins, …). Tables and armchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the organizer upon advance notification. Please indicate when registering!
If electricity is required, please note this when registering. There are no extra costs for this either. Extension cables have to be brought along, however!
Every showroom is equipped with changing rooms and mirrors.
ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING TIMES
The construction is on Fri 20.11. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
the dismantling on Sun 22.11. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
No stall may be dismantled before the end of the event! Premature dismantling of the stall is subject to a contractual penalty of 100% of the stall rent. If the clearance period is not met, the exhibitor must bear the costs for the removal or storage.
The exhibitor is obliged to fill his stall with the goods specified by him during the exhibition times and to look after it during opening hours.
CLEANLINESS & ORDER
Every exhibitor is obliged to keep his stand clean and to dispose of his rubbish himself. At the end of the event, the stall area must be completely cleaned and vacated. Any necessary cleaning by the organizer is at the exhibitor’s expense.
Each exhibitor is responsible for supervising and guarding the stall. This also applies to assembly and dismantling times. The LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz is closed at night and, like any other museum, is well secured.
The organizer and his organization team assume no liability for damage, loss, theft and consequential damage. No claims for damages can be made in this regard. Each exhibitor is responsible for taking out appropriate insurance. The exhibitor is liable for personal injury and damage to property caused by the exhibitor. The exhibitor must take out appropriate liability insurance.
The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that the approvals required for his work on the stall are in place and that applicable trade and competition law, sanitary, fire and police regulations and laws are observed. Any taxes and duties required by the authorities must be paid by the exhibitor.
Cash registers have been mandatory in Austria since 2016. The exhibitor is responsible and has to inquire which regulations apply to him. The organizer and the organization team assume no liability in this regard.
By registering for the MODEZONE 2020 at the LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz, I declare that I am willing to process my data during the event. The organizer and the organizational team undertake to protect the data in accordance with the DSVGO and, if necessary, to pass it on to third parties for the purpose of contract execution.
